How long until I see results?

That depends on the individual and how long you have had medical problems. But most people start to see at least some improvement within 6 weeks.

How much time do I need to dedicate to working with you?

I worker with people on a longer term, at least 6 months. We meet 2-3 times a month depending on the level of support you think you need. Other than our appointments, there shouldn't be much other time commitment. Instead of you doing your own research and spending time trying to figure out your problems, I'm here to help you make sense of everything and give you that time back.

How do I feel about medications?

I think very few of us would make it through life without medications at some point. They are literally life saving in some instances. I think the problem is when it becomes a bandaid to cover up a problem instead of fixing it. Many medications can be weaned off with lifestyle changes or alternative therapies. I am not anti medications, I just think that they are not the only option.

Do I recommend a specific diet plan?

Nope! I think all of our bodies are different with different nutritional requirements. Genetics are a big factor for things such as sensitivity to carbs and fats. My personal food philosophy is intuitive eating whole foods with an emphasis on fruits and vegetables. I think that is the basis for any diet, with some variation in the details.

What is your refund policy?

I do not give refunds.

You can cancel at any point in your program, but no refunds are given.
